Tbilisi, a large city, has a decent public transportation system. To use public transport, you’ll need a Metromoney card.

Metromoney Card: Required for metro and buses. One card can be used by multiple people and is valid for a month. It can be returned for a refund after your trip.
From the Tbilisi International Airport to the city center:

Train: Fast and cheap, only 70 meters from the airport, takes around 20 minutes.

Buses (Line 37 & 137): Operate 24/7, depart every 20–30 minutes, takes about 50 minutes to the center.
